Experience life on a French farm. Discover the everyday life of a farming family while improving language skills! In exchange for accommodation and meals, participants will do farm work (+/- 25h/week) like fruit-picking, caring for animals, grape harvesting, selling products at the market... Helping on a farm is a fabulous way to discover the French way of life !

Participants stay with a volunteer family providing them with full board.

If you are keen on working with horses, ponies or donkeys, how about going on a ranchstay? Most tasks will be related to the animals but also to the daily farm work. Horseriding cannot be guaranteed but is likely if you have a lot of experience!

• Be minimum 18 years old
• Have a basic knowledge of French
• Be in good physical health and motivated
• Love nature and the countryside
• Be a European citizen or be able to get a Working Holiday Visa (for citizens of Australia, New Zealand, Canada & Japan)
• Have travel insurance covering sickness, accidents, repatriation and third party liability
